At Soaps by Lily LLC, each soap is carefully handcrafted in small batches. Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we are happy to assist in resolving the issue.

To request a replacement or refund for a damaged item, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged product
• A photo of the shipping packaging (if applicable)

This information helps us verify the issue and improve our shipping process.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened products
• Used products
• Products that were delivered in good condition

Shipping Issues

Soaps by Lily LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. However, if your order arrives damaged, please follow the instructions above so we can assist you.
